Our Engineering Dept. is proficient in CAD design and will work with you from start to finish on designing your new tooling or modifying existing tools.

 

Retooling

This part used to take 6 operations to complete.  Retooling reduced the stamping to 2 operations.

The redesign of this tool eliminated 6 stamping operations.  Now this part is completed in just 2 operations.

 

Vibratory Service

We offer vibratory service.

 

Shipping

We offer local delivery and can handle all of your out of state shipping needs.

 

Secondary Operations

We can manage your subsequent operations to deliver you a completed part.  We can perform secondary operations such as cnc milling, drilling, tapping, resistance welding, vibratory finishing, and assembly.  We have long standing relationships with Tulsa area vendors for services such as plating, powder coating, wet painting, and heat treating.
